Effecticomm has focused on pediatric speech/language and feeding therapy specifically for infants, toddlers, and children since 1989. Founded by owner and sole practitioner, Robin Rudin, Effecticomm helps children who demonstrate difficulties in acquiring age appropriate speech and language and oral motor feeding skills. Being a small "boutique business" allows Effecticomm to provide quality one-on-one personal therapy services to infants, children and their families. Effecticomm strives to remain current by examining current research and applying results oriented strategies and techniques to therapy programs. This allows us to make sure we provide you with the most up-to-date and effective services available. We strive to ensure that each child’s needs are met through personal interaction, research, problem solving, and designing programs that are appropriate and effective. |
It is my goal to offer each child a wide variety of up-to-date, well researched, and individualized therapy services. By thoroughly getting to know each child, I can capitalize on their strengths and utilize this information to offer strategies to the child and family that allow them to fully engage in the therapy process leading to improved skills. It is my goal, that as the therapy process unfolds we discover together, learning styles and strategies that are useful throughout the child’s educational and lifetime experiences. Therapy is a partnership between the child, therapist, and family. I am lucky to be involved in this early relationship! |
